Hello from Sunny Cornwall!

It’s been the sunniest summer for years, and although I have to admit that it is, in fact, raining at this moment, we’re all glad to se the fields turning green again..... so there’s always a silver lining to every cloud!

Just wanted to let you know that after lots of thought, my new ‘trompe l’oeil’ website is now online at http://www.trompeloeil.co.uk

I’m currently working on a series of portraits in the studio and hoping to exhibit them next year. I’ve always loved painting from life and here in Cornwall there’s a lot of life to be painted!

I’m also available for workshops abroad if anybody would like me to visit their own art group. I am happy to do both painting classes and in particular ‘trompe l’oeil’. I was invited to do one in Adelaide last February which was a great success and I will look into travelling pretty much anywhere this winter for a similar class! I quite often do ‘perspective’ classes linked to my second book – The Artists Guide to Perspective.
